There is a 0% chance the draft actually goes like this. If Ingram falls past Miami (15) and New England (17) someone will trade up to take him. The same is true for Da’Quan Bowers and Jimmy Smith. Both of those guys have extremely high upsides, but are also big risks, knee for Bowers and staying out of trouble for Jimmy Smith.
